ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays from our fulfillment partners (as we operate on a dropshipping model), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING TIMES
As a dropshipping business, our products ship directly from our suppliers’ warehouses. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
USA: 7–14 business days
Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
UAE & Middle East: 10–18 business days
Asia & Oceania: 12–25 business days
Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Shipping times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on most orders. If any shipping charges apply, they will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to become active.
DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or postal service issues. However, if your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at inf@chocohub.store and we’ll assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Viral Chocolates is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
